REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN EDUCATION (ACE - ICT INTEGRATION)
NEW STUDENTS
INTRODUCTION
Application to study consists of seven steps. However, it should not take more
than 10 minutes of your time. You will be required to complete a form online,
and to print this form. Please ensure that your printer is connected to your computer
and turned on before continuing with this application.
MODE OF DELIVERY
The ACE consists of 8 full modules worth 128 credits.
The specialization for this ACE is Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Integration.
This ACE (ICT Integration) is a distance learning course which requires
that students have access to the internet and an active e-mail account.
Obviously students can enroll regardless of where they stay.
REGISTRATION
The provisional cost is R8000 per annum (for ACE students) and R2000 per 16-credit module / R1000 per 8 credit module (for students registering for individual modules). Total cost will be confirmed during this application process. This fee includes all learning materials and the cost of assessment for the year.
You will pay by bank deposit using your student number once your application has been approved. You will be contacted by the university once this stage has been reached. You must keep the third copy of the deposit slip - it is your only receipt.
You will be required to post the original signed application form and required documents to the university at the address given on the application form that will be emailed to you. Please make sure that your email address on this registration form is correct.
